Health Guarantee

The Seller guarantees that this puppy is in good health at the time of this agreement. It is the Seller's recommendation that the Buyer take this puppy to his veterinarian upon purchase so that the Buyer is comfortable with his purchase and knows the health of the puppy he is purchasing. If, at any time in the next week, the Buyer is not satisfied with the puppy, he may return it for a full refund.

This puppy is guaranteed against Hip Dysplasia. OFA or PennHIP Evaluation (by an X-ray taken by a qualified
veterinarian) must be done no later than 26 months of age. If OFA is to be done, it must be done no sooner than 24
months of age. If PennHIP is to be done, it must be done no sooner than 12 months of age. OFA grading of Excellent,
Good or Fair or a PennHIP rating of 50% or above, are considered acceptable.

This puppy is guaranteed against congenital eye defects.

Males are guaranteed to have both testicles by one year of age.

If the puppy is found to have any of the above hereditary health problems, the Seller will refund half the purchase price
of the puppy or take back said puppy and provide a replacement puppy. The replacement puppy will be provided within
one year, and will be a puppy of equal (or better) quality, as the said puppy, and of the same color and sex.

All guarantees become null and void when the animal reaches three years of age.

This dog is not to be Spayed/Neutered. If circumstances change, and Buyer feels that the puppy should be spayed/neutered,
the Buyer must first consult the Seller, and receive a written statement from the Seller releasing the Buyer from this aspect
of the contract.
